AFRICARAIL SA

AFRICARAIL SA is the concerssionary company, commissioned by the States, in charge for the set up of the Regional program of Railroad interconnection between Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger and Togo : AFRICARAIL.

AFRICARAIL SA is especially commissioned for the management and execution of the program launched by the States, for studying and setting up the appropriate legal and financial instruments and controlling the engineering, construction and exploitation of the West African Interconnexion Railroad in the framework of public - private partnership.

AFRICARAIL SA is also in charge with the development and promotion of the AfricaRAIL Program and with studying the possibility of extending the program in the framework of the action and interconection plan of the ECWAS (Economic Community of West African States).

The headquarters are located in Niamey, Niger.
